Organizational Strategy
I work with faith-based organizations to determine how to respond to shifting organizational contexts and opportunities for missional innovation. My work with nonprofits, congregations, and universities moves organizations from a space of uncertainty to clarity about the next steps for their value-centered work and ministry together. You can read about the research that grounds my work alongside organizations in Adaptive Church or the many other places I write about the practice of leading change amid uncertainty.
Building Collaborative Teams
No one gets there alone. Drawing upon my research on collaboration and experience in collaborative environments, I support teams that want to build the collaborative structures and processes that can guide the next phase of their work. When combined with work around organizational strategy, this collaborative work can equip individuals and organizations as they transition from a individual-centered model to a collaborative approach to mission and ministry.
Grants & Fundraising
Grants and strategic fundraising have the capacity to release transformative ideas and projects into the world. Drawing upon more than a decade of experience and work with grants, philanthropy, and fundraising, I coach individuals and organizations who are trying to find the funding they need to take the next step. From $10,000 grants for graduate studies to million dollar awards for nonprofits, I’ve been successful across the grant landscape in higher education and faith-based nonprofits. Offering more than tips and tricks to grant seekers, my grant-related works with individuals and organizations provides a philosophy of fundraising that can guide their work long-after our work together has concluded.
